Multi-tenanted industrial compex should provide pleasant and safe working conditions for all the occupants. The challenge - some commercial and industrial tenants are known for poor space management, careless storage and general untidiness in the areas surrounding their premises.
Responsible agencies shoud protect the Landlord's interest by incorporating and implementing additional lease provisions to regulate use and behaviour in common areas.
